Ps Tou Chen
Tou Chen is an Assistant Pastor at 3:16 Church Singapore in the Young Adults ministry. He also serves actively at Truelove.is and Choices Singapore, addressing the LGBT community. Tou Chen is also an instructor at Rhema Bible Training Center in Singapore, Malaysia, and Coimbatore. Prior to serving in ministry, Tou Chen worked in the marketplace for 25 years, mostly in banking.

Dr Calvin Chong
Dr. Calvin Chong is Associate Professor of Practical Theology at Singapore Bible College. He has been part of the SBC faculty since 1995 first teaching in the OT department, then serving in academic leadership, and now teaching across multiple disciplines including pastoral ministries, educational design, as well as intercultural studies. He is married with two grown up sons.

Dr. Daniel Yojin Ahn
Dr. Daniel Ahn is a Associate Professor at Singapore Bible College. He joined the faculty at the end of 2021. He has taught a variety of courses in New Testament and Biblical Greek at the master’s level. His doctoral dissertation was on the significance of Jesus’s use of Hosea 6:6 in the Gospel of Matthew. Dr. Ahn loves helping others grow in their understanding of the gospel and equipping the church to make Christ known to all peoples. He has served in pastoral ministries in local churches in the US, helped plant a cross-cultural church amongst unreached people groups in London, and taught in seminaries in the US and Asia.

Insurance & Investment-how not to fall into the extremes

Workshop synopsis: Investment, insurance, retirement, saving for raining days? How should a believer guard himself against such so as not to let money became an idol in our life. This session hopes to address practical issues in our society and how to live biblically in the light of our culture.

Workshop SpeakerDr Clive Lim
He holds a Master of Business from the Asian Institute of Management; a Master of Arts from Regent College (Vancouver) and a Doctor of Ministry (Leadership and Business Ethics) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (U.S.A.). He was the Visiting Associate Professor of Marketplace Theology at Regent College (Vancouver) from 2018 to 2020 and now served as an adjunct professor. He is also a sessional lecturer at the Biblical Graduate School of Theology (BGST).

Being a counsellor and a coach, Randy has a wealth of experience working with people of all ages to achieve breakthroughs and transformation. His trainings grant him unique perspectives which he uses to provide customised roadmaps towards change.

Randy holds a Masters of Arts in Counselling and is also a certified coach. He was a MOE teacher for many years. He is also a certified trainer (ACTA) and the programs he developed are still being used in the training industries. He is also a certified practitioner of DISC profiling tool.

The Vice in Device

Workshop synopsis: This interactive workshop seeks to give an insight into the addictive nature of devices. It gives us some practical handles on how to break away from the addictive usage of devices.
